Assessment Process

The Options Outpatient Program conducts a thorough initial assessment, including:

1. Comprehensive evaluations:
– Biological screenings
– Psychological assessments
– Social functional reviews
– Substance abuse history analysis

2. Medical review for high-risk cases:
– Patients with potential morbidity or lethality risks
– Cases potentially unsuitable for outpatient care

3. Community partnerships for supplementary services:
– Nutrition guidance
– Medical care and pain management
– Psychiatric support
– Vocational rehabilitation
– Educational services
– Peer support programs

4. Post-detox admission procedures:
– Verbal approval from primary care physician or Medical Advisor
– Medical clearance when necessary
