Orange County Outpatient Program

Options Outpatient is Orange County’s premiere intensive therapy and alcohol monitoring program. Located centrally in Santa Ana, our program includes comprehensive treatment including professional group sessions, continuous alcohol monitoring, private therapy, and drug monitoring. Participants in the Options Outpatient program have weekly contact with a case manager, so they stay accountable for their sobriety. Licensed therapists work with individuals both in private sessions and in a group environment to address the underlying issues of addiction and reliance on drugs and alcohols.

SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring

One of the most critical aspects of maintaining sobriety is accountability. Part of the Options Outpatient program in Orange County requires 24/7 alcohol monitoring with a SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring device. The ankle bracelet is worn continuously for a designated monitoring period and tests for alcohol consumption every 30 minutes. The device is discreet and can be worn under most pant legs. While the device cannot be completely submerged in water such as a pool or bath, participants can wear it while showering and working out. The revolutionary device measures alcohol excreted through the skin. It is court tested and approved. For those unable to wear the equipment, handheld breathalyzers, and urine testing is available.

Orange County Therapists

The combination of therapy and counseling with alcohol and drug monitoring has proven most effective for helping individuals achieve and maintain sobriety. Options Outpatient of Orange County combines both group and individual sessions for the most effective outcome. Group sessions consist of 5 to 15 individuals assisted by a licensed therapist. The meetings are 90 minutes each. Group counseling helps those suffering from addiction to relate to others who have shared experiences and cope with their dependence. Individual sessions are led by licensed marriage and family therapists that will help participants understand their addiction and conquer their sobriety.
